The 800 series was Hannabach's first innovation in the manufacture of classical guitar strings. The 800 Series basses are wrapped with silver-plated copper wire around a nylon multifilament. They sound brilliant but not intrusive. Acute strings are made of high density nylon, providing the typical, slightly cushioned sound of nylon strings.

The Hannabach 800 Series is the high-level input series for classical guitar strings.
It is available in five different strings (as complete string games) as well as individual strings. They are designed for instruments with a 65cm / 25.5 "scale. The sharp strings are smooth, nylon and the silver bass coiled.
