GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR SALÃO MUSICAL DE LISBOA ONLINE SALES
1 – Online Store Orders
These General Conditions of Sale apply to all orders for products presented through the Online Store and, upon placing the order, the customer has read and accepts in full and without reservation the present conditions and freely chose the models and constant quantities of the purchase order.
From the moment the customer registers his order, he is considered as having accepted with conscience of cause and without reserves of prices, the quantities and models chosen.
The prices mentioned in relation to our items are valid except for out of stock or error in the price entry.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours after receipt of the payment or proof of the same received by our services by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
On holidays, Saturdays and Sundays no expeditions are made.
If your order is not met in full or in part, we will keep it as a pending order until we are able to supply it.

2 – Online Store Registration
Any order in the Online Shop requires the creation of an account made by the customer, which must, in order for the registration to be made, indicate his name, full address with indication of postal code and direct telephone number. In the absence of such prior registration, the order will not be accepted nor processed.
3 – Online Store Prices
3.1. All the prices presented in the catalog of this site are in euros and include VAT at the legal rate in Portugal.
3.2. If the order is to be delivered outside the EU, the value will be presented without VAT, applying the provisions of point 6.
3.3. Prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice.

MB Reference - only for Continental Portugal, Madeira and Azores Archipelagos.
Paypal - With Paypal you can make your payment with any credit card - Visa, Master Card, Maestro, American Express, Discover or other.
CTT cobrança - only for Continental Portugal, Madeira and Azores Archipelagos for orders under 100€.

5 - Expenses from bank transfers
All the bank transfer expenses are due to the client.
6 - Export conditions for African Countries of Portuguese Official Language (PALOP), Brazil, USA, Canada or any other country outside the European Union
Orders shipped to any country outside the European Union are exempt from VAT under point a) of article 14 of the VAT Code but they include the shipping costs and any other expenses if it applies.
7 – Online Store Credit Line - only for Continental Portugal, Madeira and Azores Archipelagos
If you want to buy on credit, there are multiple possibilities of our credit systems, being very large with or without entry and up to 60 months.

8 – Online Store Delivery Methods
We will send you your order via any of the following delivery companies:

9 – Online Store Shipping Costs for Continental Portugal
For orders of more than 120€ shipping is free.
10 - Online Store Shipping Costs OUTSIDE Continental Portugal, Madeira and Azores Archipelagos or any other country
When you complete your order, the shipping values are computed in real time, according the delivery address. These costs will show in your order document.
11 – Reception of Orders to the delivery companies
At the moment the customer receives the goods from the delivery company, the customer must carry out a check on the state of the packaging and in the event of an abnormality or suspicion the customer should report it on the delivery note and sign legibly. Whenever possible the client should keep a copy of this document in order to claim damages if any.
12 – Packaging
The goods will be adequately packaged for transportion without any packging costs to the client.
13 - Goods verification
The customer must, upon receipt, verify that the products delivered meet the designation and quantities indicated on the invoice, if this is not verified, he must formulate his complaint immediately, by post or by email smlportugal@salaomusical .com objectively stating its reasons.
14 – Online Store “Ready to Play”
Before any instrument, musical equipment or accessory is sent, a check is carried out to ensure that the customer is satisfied that everything they are buying is in perfect condition. Checking the technical aspects, leveling and adjustments in guitars and wind instruments, mechanics and tuning of strings at 440Hz in the case of acoustic pianos, etc. are performed by our specialists with competence and technical ability.
15 – Opiniões Verificadas
By ticking "I agree to the terms of service and will adhere to them unconditionally., the customer expresses his free and informed consent, through which he accepts that his personal data is used by Opiniões Verificadaa (external company, third) to collect his evaluation after the purchase. Opiniões Verificadas will use customer data solely and exclusively for the needs of the solution. Opiniões Verificadas is strictly prohibited from communicating to any person personal or personal information that identifies the client or violates his or her privacy.

16 – Online Store Guarantee
All musical instruments sold benefit from a three (3) year warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from the date of purchase, except for new pianos that have a five (5) year warranty. Used pianos have one (1) year for used pianos.
For new products, if it proves that there is a manufacturing defect, it is up to the Salão Musical de Lisboa, by its free decision, to promote, at its expense, the repair of the property or replace it with another identical one, in a state of new .
Excluded from the warranty above are any products that have been modified or intervened by not previously authorized third parties and in writing by the seller.
The aforementioned right applies exclusively to products made available through the Online Store, and is not applicable in case of ordering goods that are not included in the Online Store catalog. Purchases of products not included in the Online Store catalog do not apply to the aforementioned legislation, and orders must be made in person at the Seller's Store or in writing (by post or email).
17 – Refunds
Any return of the product under warranty must be part of a prior agreement with the seller. For this purpose, the buyer should contact the seller's after-sales service and formulate his request by e-mail. If the product is found to be defective, it must be returned in its original packaging and with all components. Upon receipt, it will be inspected by the technical services to evaluate the defects presented. From this verification will be sent information to the buyer by email.
The Customer, when making the purchase in the Online Store, has the right to terminate the contract in accordance with Decree-Law no. 14/2014 of February 14, and without the need to invoke the reason, within a period of 14 days from the that the consumer or a third party, appointed by the consumer, with the exception of the carrier, acquires the physical possession of the goods.
In exercising this right, the buyer does not incur any costs other than those set forth in no. 3 of article 12 and article 13 of said DL, when applicable.
Pursuant to article 13, if Salão Musical de lisboa does not offer to collect the goods itself, the consumer must, within 14 days of the date on which he communicated his decision to terminate the contract in accordance with article 10, return or deliver the goods to the supplier of goods or to a person authorized for that purpose, it is the consumer's responsibility to bear the cost of returning the goods.
The return of the product must be carried out under the same conditions of storage and packaging in which they were sent and received by the customer with all accessories, indicating the invoice number.
Within 14 days of being informed of the decision to terminate the contract, Salão Musical will reimburse the consumer of all payments received, including the costs of delivery of the item pursuant to paragraph 2 of article 13 of said Decree -Law.
In order to facilitate repayment, it is suggested that the customer indicate by email to Salão Musical which IBAN to which they wish to be reimbursed by bank transfer.
This right applies only to purchases made at a distance from this Online Store.
18 - Assignment of jurisdiction of the Online Store
In order to resolve any conflict resulting from purchase issues made through the Online Store, the Law of Portugal will apply and the Courts of the District of Lisbon will be competent, with express waiver of another forum.

20 - Computer and Online Shop Freedom
Under the terms of the actual legislation, the customer may at any time request access to, modify or delete the personal data that he has transmitted to the seller.
All data transmitted by the customer is subject to the confidentiality obligation imposed on the seller.

Intellectual property rights are taken care with the various suppliers.
