Where do we ship your order?
We send your order to anywhere in mainland Portugal, Madeira and the Azores, as well as anywhere else in Europe, inside or outside the EU, where we highlight the shipments for oficial portuguese speaking african countries (PALOP) Angola, Cape Verde, Guinea Bissau, Mozambique, São Tomé and Prince, Equatorial Guinea, as for Brazil, USA and Canada.
How to order a musical instrument or accessory?
The process consists in adding products to the virtual shopping cart, which is sent to our central system at the end. In order to go ahead with your order, please register with us on our site with your full name, address and direct phone number.

Salão Musical de Lisboa has very competitive prices for all of its products and services, thus ensuring the client of the “GUARANTEED MINIMUM PRICE”. Our motto is the best product at the best price, the quality being always our option.
How are shipping costs calculated on the online store?
For Continental Portugal
For orders valued more than 99€ the shipping costs are free.
Outside of Continental Portugal, Madeira and Azores islands or any other country in the world.
When fisishing your order, the shipping costs are calculated in real time, in accordance with the delivery zone. This cost will be written in your order.
What is the expected time of delivery?
All orders are shipped within 24 hours after receipt of payment or proof of payment sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
On holidays, Saturdays and Sundays, no shipments are made.
If your order is not met in full or in part, we will keep it as a pending order until we are able to supply it.

ATM reference - only for Continental Portugal, Madeira and Azores islands.
