Description

The Alhambra 3F is a flamenco guitar, specially designed to play this Andalusian musical style.

The Alhambra guitars are the guitars of Spain and the musical genre that defines this country is flamenco. For this reason, the Alhambra created a series of guitars with the best characteristics to play with the soul, speed and dynamics that demand this style.

The Alhambra 3F has a solid German spruce top, very resistant and resonant, and the sides and bottom are in sycamore. The neck is made of samanguila, a wood of African origin very similar to mahogany and the scale is made of holy wood.

This combination of wood and the construction specifically designed for the essential techniques of flamenco, as a lower action for a faster movement of the left hand throughout the neck, make the Alhambra 3F a solid and effective instrument to play with art and with soul, and that sounds better and better with time and use.

The sound of the Alhambra 3F is brighter than a classic guitar, with a melodious and defined sound for ripping right hands and fast melodic lines. The sound is pleasant and very clear, with the distinctive timbre of a real flamenco guitar.

The Alhambra took great care in the finish of this guitar which, despite its sober appearance, presents refined details of construction, without amendments or defects.

Flamenco is a traditional Andalusian musical style, of Gypsy and Moorish origin, and which has existed for centuries. It is characterized by passionate singing and energetic rhythm, and by being the music of society's outcasts. In the 20th century, guitar flamenco gained expression and visibility through the hands of Paco de Lucia and Vicente Amigo, who raised flamenco art to levels only accessible to more classic and formal styles.

Alhambra is the largest and most respected manufacturer of classical and flamenco guitars in Spain. For more than 50 years he has been building his instruments out of tradition but applying new and modern manufacturing processes to craft techniques, building some of the highest quality instruments on the market.

The Alhambra 3F is a guitar that results from this tradition, in a high quality instrument, at an affordable price. Alhambra guitars offer a 2-year warranty against any manufacturing defect from the date of purchase.

Feel the spirit of flamenco with the Alhambra 3F.
